CCl--It looks to me as though MLR is taking over the recipes dept.
CLL, you're not familiar with Beer Can Chicken? If not, you should try it out. Basically you stick a beer can (opened and about half full) in a chicken. Then cook. The beer taste permeates the chicken (arguably) along with the other spices you add, and it keeps things moist too.
I was recently given a beer can chicken stand; thus this meal.
I'm sure you could experiment and enlighten us on a classy version of this classic dish.
I am impressed.
